CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?
Yes, custom pieces are always available. Please email us at preciousinclusions@hotmail.com with your idea and we will do our best to work with you to create your vision.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely. We accept orders from all over the world.
HOW DO I SHIP MY BREAST MILK?
You can send us about half 15 ml (about half an oz) of breast milk in a leak- proof container and a bubble wrap envelope. If you are sending frozen milk, make sure your packaging is made of plastic, so that any possible condensation would not effect the packaging. As soon as we get the milk, we will preserve it into powder and make this beautiful jewelry piece for you.
The preservation process will take about 2 weeks plus shipping time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HANDCRAFT MY KEEPSAKE?
Current processing time is about 3 weeks plus shipping time. Your wait time begins once materials are received. The materials used take days to set and dry, for your piece to be perfect.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?
Because of the nature of custom pieces, we do not accept returns or cancellations if the production process has begun. However, if you receive your keepsake and are unhappy with it for a reason that is a result of its production, we could possibly remake the item (it will be determined on case by case basis). Please keep in mind that small dots, swirls, tiny bubbles could naturally occur in your piece due to the nature of handmade jewelry.
WHAT OTHER INCLUSIONS DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work not only with breast milk, but also with placenta, umbilical stump, cremains, precious fabric, hair, flowers, and other materials that are dear to your heart.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
To better preserve your jewelry, please do not subject it to extreme temperatures (such as leaving it in the car on a hot summer day or exposing it to a direct sun for long periods of time) or moisture, so it keeps reminding you of your beautiful moments of breastfeeding for years to come. Please do not expose your pieces to chemicals, creams, lotions, perfumes, oils or jewelry cleaners. Only use a damp cloth to clean.
